Reserving meeting rooms that are uploaded on outlook as contacts
Dear all,
i urgently need your help with below question In my company we have our meeting rooms uploaded as a contact in Outlookaddress book so it takes me a lot of time to check the available meeting room as i need to add them all in the meeting invitation then find out which is available then deleting the unavailable among them Appreciate your support to provide me with an easiest way to reserve a meeting room given the above details Kind regards, Khaled
