Is there a way to schedule and appointment on the calander with someone
that still has the popup reminder but doesn't require them to click accept or decline? I want to be able to schedule daily tasks for different people, but don't want them to have to click accept or decline. |

If you have write access to their Calendar folder, you can create new items in it directly.

I don't have access to their individual calenders, only our shared
calendar. Is there a way I can accept the meeting for them with out them needing to click on accept or decline? I'm using outlook 2003 |
