Can I change the time of a recurring meeting that I set up?
I set up a global (reocurring ) meeting but need to change the time.
Can I update time change or do I have to delete and send new mtg invite? |

Can I change the time of a recurring meeting that I set up?
I also need to change the time of future occurrences of a recurring meeting.
Example, a meeting scheduled for each Tues at 10 will now be each Tues at 10:30. We need to keep all the past occurrences on everyone's calendars as-is, but all future occurrences from now till the end of the series (12-31-2007) need to have their time changed. If I open up the series from say, a future Tuesday, (i.e. next week's meeting) will it change the meetings from THAT point on, or from the day I am actually entering the change. is there a better way to do this? wonder why this is not addressed in Help. har har har. Thanks all. "Brian Tillman" wrote: Nicola wrote: I set up a global (reocurring ) meeting but need to change the time. Can I update time change or do I have to delete and send new mtg invite? Open the current appointment and set an end date. Begin a new series with the correct start times.
