windows mobile 5 appointments sent directly to outlook 2007
 

windows mobile 5 calendar appointments sent directly to outlook 2007 do not
appear at the correct day and time, but are correct in outlook 2003sp2.

I have a cingular 8525 windows mobile 5 pocketpc phone.
When I create an appointment with it and add attendees, it will send an
email to the attendees containing the appointment. If this is sent to
outlook 2003 sp2 it works fine, but when it is sent to outlook 2007, the
appointment will show up at the day and time it was sent, not the date and
time of the appointment. this is very repeatable. I can send appointments
to attendees correctly from outlook 2003sp2 to outlook 2007 and vice versa,
and from WM5 to outlook2003sp2, but not from WM5 to outlook 2007. I don't
yet understand if this is an outlook bug or a WM5 bug.

I have verified that this occurs in two different outlook 2007 installations,
and does not occur in two different outlook2003 installations, either with
pop or exchange. Looks like an outlook 2007 issue to me. Can anyone verify
or comment?
