Resource can't connect to server.
I have an Exchange Server which I previously configured for resources.
Meaning I was able to setup resources with an exchange mailbox in AD, and configure them in outlook to autorespond to meeting requests. Around the end end of 2006 our Exchange server got upgraded and everything went smoothly, or so I thought. Since this feature was never used and was still in testing mode before the upgrade, I didn't find out until recently that it stopped working after the upgrade. Usually when I try to setup a resource, I login the resource in outlook and go to Tools-Options-Calendar options- Resource Scheduling. Since the upgrade when I do this, outlook hangs and comes up with the error message, "The connection to the microsoft exchange server is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action." I have tried deleting the users and recreating them. I've tried to look for answers online for months, but so far I wasn't able to find a clue as to what might be my issue. Can anybody please suggest something? Thanks in advance.
