Free/Busy information not found

Some users are unable to retrieve free/busy information in their calendar,
Outlook 2003. We ran the "outlook.exe /cleanfreebusy" as per the MS
knowledgebase on the problem computer, but encountered another error that
Outlook could not rebuild that database on the server. What do we do now?
