Default Show Appointment Times!

I have been stressing over this issue for a long time and cannot figure out
how to show appointment times on the appointments themselves. The only "work
around" I have been able to do is to make odd times for my appointments.
Then the appointment times will show up in WORK WEEK view, which incidentally
is the view I use during the WORK WEEK! This is a really annoying practice
though and for some very strange reason the appointment times will not show
up if they are even times like 1:00, 1:15, 1:30, etc. Instead I have to make
the appointment for 1:14.

I'm sure this is either a bug or I just haven't found the option in the
software. But I would really appreciate an answer to this issue since right
now I have to either open every single appointment to view the time, or trace
my finger from a Saturday appointment (on the right side of the monitor) all
the way across my widescreen to the timeline on the left side of the screen
so I finally see... "Ah, a 6:00 appointment."

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
