Outlook 2002 - Delegate updates in delegate calendar?
Hi
I have a rather strange issue with one of my clients where the following scenario occurs: User A looks after user X, Y & Z User A creates an appointment and invites attendees to app When the appointment is updated, and then sent - User A gets a copy of this appointment in User A's own calendar. User A has permissions set so that meeting invites from X & Y are sent to user. User Z has not permissioned sending invites to delegates. The problem is intermittent and does not happen with User Z. Basically, it seems that when our user updates invites for 2 of her bosses, every so often, the update will also go into her own outlook calendar. The update process looks "normal" and it does seem to be only on updates. The problem does not happen all the time though, it is very intermittent - maybe once a week per calendar she looks after (all different appointments). Does anyone know why this could happen or how I could recreate this scenario so that when I send a meeting for someone else, it also saves into my own calendar? I cannot find anything wrong at all. Thanks |
