I used the Easy Transfer wizard to move my XP installation, including Office
2003, to a new Vista box. All seems to be well in Outlook, except that trying to open any recurring appointment gives an error "Object is not valid." This happens both with pre-existing appoinments and new ones I create in Vista. Non-recurring appointments give no problems. Can't change recurring to non-recurring because I can't open them. Help? |

Hello kmarlowe,
we have the same strange problem with Outlook 2000 and reocuring appointments. Believe me or not, but in our case the cause is the font size setting. With 96 DPI Fonts it works but with larger fonts (i.e. 120 DPI) we have exact your problem. It would be nice to know if you are using larger font size setting then 96 DPI. Thanks!
