Default Auto Complete not working

Hi
I have exchange 2003 and some outlook 2003 clients. They all have aoto
complete option selected, and suggest addresses. On one client I get a full
list of email addresses come up when starting to type. On 3 others I get a
partial list of very recently used addresses. I can't spot the difference in
their settings.

Auto Complete in Outlook only works against previously typed entries, so the
one client where you get a longer list must have had more entries typed into
it so far than the others have.

Hi
thanks for the response. Can you tell me if the list resets itself on
rebooting?

As Brian said, it shouldn't...but if you are having a lot of trouble with it,
you might rename the .NK2 file (which holds the AutoComplete cache) to
..NK2.OLD and let Outlook create a fresh .NK2 file next time it's opened. It
might work more reliably then.

Is there a function which automatically suggests names from contacts?
