Shared calendar across time zones
We have users using a shared calendar across time zones but the Outlook
notices the 3-hour time difference and "adjusts it." For example, we set an All Day appointment on Monday in CA, which is essentially Monday 12:00AM to Tuesday 12:00AM. Though you only see it as if its one day, its defined as 24 hours. Outlook will then translate the Pacific time into Eastern time for people with an Eastern time zone. So these users see it as Monday 3:00AM to Tuesday 3:00AM. Outlook is compromising the 3 hour difference between the two different time zones. Is there anyway to adjust this setting or alternate suggestions? Thank you. |
All times are GMT +1. The time now is 07:08 AM. |
