Keeping Calendar syncronized on multiple computers

I'm looking for a way too keep my calendar current on my desktop and laptop
without having to constantly inport and export my personal folder. Is there
any way that i can quickly synchronize my calendar's and contact lists over
my network (I have full access to both computers over the network)?
