We have one of our Public Calandars that has all of our meetings on it.. the
Admin's schedule the meetings and add the attendees... One of our users is
getting meetting acceptance notices from the meetings that shouldnt.. Is
there a way to find out what is going on? this users did not schedule the
meeting so should not be getting the acceptance or delcining notices... and I
cant for the life of me figure out what is going on.. Thanks.

Nv Mind.. Found it... after walking through the process... User A set up User
B as a Delegate.

Also Note... User is not a Delegate... Let me try and Clarify a bit......

1 Public Calander (meeting Calander

User A. Office Admin

User B. Assistant Site Project Manager

User A is not a Delegate of User B... Delegate Fields are empty uder Outlook
Tools Delegates.

All though User A does have Read and Full access permissions under Active
Directory to be able to open User B's Mailbox....

user A Goes to Public Calander and Schedules a Meeting ......... Just
checked User A's Delegate List and User B is on it.. Ignore.. Sorry. and
Thanks.
