Outlook calendar should let me color code appointments
 

I would love to use my calenar as a tool to print out and post on my desk. If
I assign font colors to personal tasks (dentist, dates) vs. professional
tasks (deadlines, meetings, assignment schedules) it would be very helpful
when I print out my weekly calendar and put it up on my wall.
