How do I keep the calender contents of past months?

Hi, I notice that Outlook will only show the diary entries for the past 3-4
weeks. The entries earlier than that are not shown (erased?). Is it possible
to keep all the previous entries & retrieve them for viewing?

Check your Auto-archive settings on the calendar folder - right
click-properties-auto-archive.

Sounds like they're being auto-archived. You can either check out the items
in your archive PST or change archive settings he Right click on the
Calendar folder, choose Properties, AutoArchive tab
