Default Calendar?

Hi,

We are just starting to use an Exchange server and everyone now has and
Exchange mailbox configured in Outlook. However, we all have personal
folders too now. We only want one. Moving mail, contacts, notes, etc. was
as easy as dragging and dropping them in the new Exchange data files. This
does not work for calendars. I can move the calendar, but then I have two
calendars (calendar and calendar1). Outlook links to the orginal/default
calendar on the toolbars and the today view.

How do I move the info from one calendar to the other, or make the new
calndar (calendar1) work with the links?

Thanks,
Sondra

use a table view (by category works good) and select the items - drag them,
not the actual folder.
