I have been using Palm devices in which you can have seperate calendars in
the program so several devices can sync with the same program. I am switching to pocket PC device. Can I do the same thing with outlook? I have an employee who enters our schedule on one computer that we sync to. Thanks |

There may be alternative calendars available for third-party vendors. See http://www.handango.com/ or visit one of the numerous Windows Mobile-oriented forums. Thank you for your response. I am wondering about syncing multiple devices
to one outlook program with seperate calanders for each device. I don't want multiple calanders on the handheld. I guess I want to know if the handheld will sync to its own folder in outlook or will it sync to the same calander as the other devices. You can sync single or multiple PDAs to multiple calendars provided you use separate mail profiles and enable to option to ask which profile is to be used. When you cradle the PDA and Outlook is NOT open, you'll be prompted for which mail profile is to be used. If the profiles reference separate delivery locations, then you'll sync to the calendar in the delivery location for that profile. If you're using PSTs as delivery locations, you can see those multiple calendars in a common profile by adding the delivery location PST of one profile to another profile as a secondary PST. -- Brian Tillman |
