How do I show end time of appointments in month view
I would like to show the end time as well as the beginning time of

How do I show end time of appointments in month view
If you move your mouse over the appt it shows the time. If this does not
work you could select another view- View - Current View. Try using All Appointments and then customize it to only show this months meetings. This will show you the information in a table layout and include the date and time. -- Regards, Francine Otterson President, San Diego Outlook User Group MVP - Microsoft Outlook "itsmedave" wrote in message ... That works fine if I'm viewing onscreen. I should have made it clear that I print my monthly calendars. It is in what is printed that I would like to see the end time. I've worked around by including the end time in the Subject but that is a real pain. Dave |
