Default Need to change from Lunar to Gregorian calander to use iCalendar

When I send meeting invites recipients cannot open my icalendar files. The
fault as reported by outlook is Change your default calendar to Gregorian as
you cannot save Lunar calendars.
Does someone have the same problem, better still have you got a fix??

If I generate the icals, it works.... If I let Outlook generate them they
cannot be opened.
I am using English/Gregorian calendar.
