Default List birthdays by individual name vs. company name

The Outlook Calendar lists birthdays by the company's name rather than the
individual's name. How do I fix that?

Is that in the subject field or the view? if a view, try using a different
view.

The "file as" name is the individual's name, not the Company Name. This
problem only occurs if there is a Company Name. If there's not a Company
Name, then the individual's name is listed in the Calendar as his birthday.

If you click the contacts full name button, what does it say?

Correct behavior is to use the full name fields and that's how it works
here...

When you click the full name button, the individual's name shows up - not the
company name. However, if there's a company name, that's what shows up in
the Calendar as the "birthday name". Thanks for your continued assistance.
