After furious head scratching, Deborah asked:

| Hi,
|
| I make an appointment with 3 users. When I go in scheduling and I
| move the curser on someone's busy appointment it shows me all the
| detail of that person's appointment and also all his events for that
| day.
| The other 2 users that might also have a busy appointment set don't
| show.
|
| How can I stop the users appointments or events from being showed to
| others?
|
| Thanks
| Deborah
