After furious head scratching, RayRossetti asked: | I can't find a calendar option to send in rich text format. I changed | email format from HTML to Rich Text format leaving the iCalendar | option unchecked and tried sending to the other user in my office | (she uses office xp) and the meeting request was not received as a | meeting request (just looked like an ordinary email). Checked | iCalendar and it worked to Office XP user - but this is basically the | same setting as I had before and colleagues using Office 97 will | still not be able to receive. Any further ideas? | | "Vince Averello [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: | || You have to not send in iCal format but in Rich Text Format (the || user's contact record has to be set for it) || || "RayRossetti" wrote in || message ... ||| Any special setting on Outlook 2003 to make it so that I can send ||| appointments to colleagues using Outlook 97.
