We are trying to transition from manual scheduling of conference rooms (using
paper calendar books) to scheduling (reserving) conference rooms using conference rooms as a resource. We cannot get outlook to retrieve free/busy information for conference room resources - so that the availability (or busy) shows up in the schedule view. We get the message "No Information No Free/Busy Information could be retireved". How do we set Outlook to retrieve this info ? thanks |

Each resource needs its own mailbox. See http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/skedresource.htm
