Okay, here's the sitch:
User A sends a recurring meeting request to user B. User A's calendar shows that user B accepted the meeting and the meetings show up on user A's view of user B's shared calendar. But the meetings do not display on user B's view of their own calendar; user B is asking user A when the next meeting is because it is not showing up on their calendar. The environment is MS Exchange server with Outlook 2003 clients--a large organization with MANY clients. |
