In a shared calendar can you create columns in your daily view to show
multiple appointments in the same time frame created by multiple people? |

That depends on which Calendar they created them in. In 2003 you can show
multiple Calendars side by side. Tell us your version of Outlook and we can tell you how/if it's possible. outlook 2003. I do not mean multiple calendars. I would like to view appts
created by different people in the same shared calendar in the same time frame, such as multiple doctors using one office calendar to schedule different patients in the same time slot. Yes - you can squish them in side by side in the Calendar. Outlook will
tell you that they are at the same time - just ignore it. Try the 1 day View and you will have a lot of width to place appointments side by side. Experiment with the colour labels to see if you want to use them for particular people/rooms/who booked it etc I hope this helps you at least a little bit!
