Default Calendar Input

Trying to find out if the following is possible. I am trying to get some
employees to input their in & out daily schedule in the following format:
I-8:00-10:00
O-10:00-11:15
name of business, address, tele
I-11:30-12:00
O-12-1-Luunch
I-1-5

Trying to see if the monthly view will show above as is and show complete
info. in square and print the way it looks. Is this possible?

Default Calendar Input

The monthly view will show only start (and sometimes end) time, the subject and the location.
