default start time for meetings
Since everyone starts meetings at the top of the hour and ends them at the
top of the hour, people are constantly late for the 'next meeting' - regardless if they had one or not. I always start my meetings at 5 minutes after the hour or half hour. This ads time to the scheduling process but also isn't instilled as a corporate process. I need to know how to set up MS Outlook to default to all meetings starting at :05 or :35 and ending at :25 and :55. |
