When scheduling a conference room in Outlook 2003 as a resource not an
attendee, will the resource/conference room appear in the attendee list on the scheduling tab for the attendees? When opening up the meeting, the organizer will see the resource listed on the scheduling tab. When attendees open up the meeting and go to the scheduling tab, they do not see the resource listed. Is this correct behavior? If the resource is listed in the TO field, the resource will appear in the list on the scheduling tab and everyone is happy, but we are coaching our users to add the conference room as a resource. We are not using direct booking. We're using Outlook 2003 SP2 with Exchange 2003 SP2. Meg |
