Mail merge calendar appointments

I'm using Microsoft Outlook 2002 (10.2627.2625) on Windows XP Pro. Can you
tell me how to send email to all my contacts that will include the date and
time of their appointment in the calendar.

I tried to link each appointment to its contact. But the appointment date
and time does not appear in the list of possible fields to use in the mail
merge. Can you please help?
