Syncronising/filtering private appointments in Outlook 2003
Hello all,
We have, what seems to be a longterm headache with Outlook 2003. The mrs and I both own Nokia mobile phones which we sycronise with outlook. The mrs has a work email client which she syncronises her nokia with in both directions, including private appointments. When she gets home, she wants to syncronise again both ways, but only private appointments. Is there any way outlook can accept just private appointments on syncronisation, and how do I set that up?? Then we wish to see eachothers appointments. and eventually invite eachother to appointments. How do we set that up?? We currently use hotmail calendar, but we have to keep two calanders upto date as we cant syncronise hotmail calendar with outlook. Thanks in advance for any help Robert |
