Default Recurring Appt I created does not show up and I need to cancel

Hi - I have a user that created a bi-weekly recurring appointment in Outlook
2002 and she wants to delete an appointment on 1 specific day. The
appointment does not show up on her calendar. She wants to cancel the
appointment on that 1 specific day and send notifications to all the users
that were invited. But she can't do that as she can't see it herself. Others
do have it on their calendar. Please advise. Thanks

It sounds like your client deleted the 1 instance from her calendar and
checked the "Do not send an update" option.

Because your client is the Organizer of this meeting, she will have to
email the other attendees and ask them to delete the 1 instance manually.
