Default vCal import problem

I'm trying to import vCal-file to outlook calandar. It success, but there is
a remarkable problem. All the items seems to move 3 hours later than what
they are in vCal-file. vCal-file is correct, and opens correctly in other
calendars. And time zone in my computer is correct to my own ofcourse.

What do you mean that "open in other calendars"?

Also, to double check... do you check Outlook's time zone in addition to
your computer's time zone?

For example opening the file in google-calendar, everything is ok there. But
in outlook(Office 2007 beta 2) imported calendar items are 3 hours too late.
My computers timezone is correct and outlook time zone is also same. I think
on the first import there wasn´t that kind of problem, but after that
problem seem to be regular.
