Default stop sharing apppointments

We have a user who's calendar meeting appointments keep getting distributed
to other members of her team.
I believe this was setup long time ago, but I can't find a place to disable
it.

can anyone help?

Did you look under Tools | Options | Delegates? If you don't see any delegates there, then a hidden delegate rule still might be forwarding those requests. You can delete the delegate rule with the free MAPI Editor tool from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...8-1E21ABB3AE37. Complete instructions in the mfcmapi.doc included with the download.

Thanks.
I think that's where the problem was.
I have now removed all the delegates and will make sure tomorrow morning
when they're all back in.

Cheers Sue.
