Outlook Email Rules

Can I set up a rule for a viewed or read email to be placed into a specific
folder? In other words after I read the email can it automatically be moved
to a folder by a rule?

Nope, but if you open it to read it, you can click FileMove to Folder and
store it yourself when you're done reading.
