I am getting the message "There was a problem reading one or more of your
reminders. Some reminders may not appear. Cannot locate recurrence
information for this appointment." I have done the cleanreminders and
resetfolders commands, but they didn't help. Any suggestions?

service? For example, I am aware of a message that Outlook 2003 gives that
says something to the effect of Outlook is unable to read the recurrence
info, so it can't start the reminder service. In that case, there is usually
a corrupted appointment in there somewhere, and there are some steps you can
go through to recreate the corrupted appointment(s). If that's the case
here, I can give you those steps.
