I often update my calendar to reflect things I've done during the day AFTER
I've actually completed the item. I'd like an option in Outlook that would eliminate the annoying REMINDER that pops up when I've just finished entering a note for a time in the past. If the time has already past, then DO NOT display a reminder or play a sound. I'd still like the reminder to play xx minutes BEFORE an upcoming reminder. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes. When you enter the old item are you removing the reminder check from
it's checkbox? Hugh MikeLupro wrote: I often update my calendar to reflect things I've done during the day AFTER I've actually completed the item. No - I'm making the entry directly on the Calendar Page and not 'opening' a
full-blown appointment window. "MikeLupro" wrote: I often update my calendar to reflect things I've done during the day AFTER I've actually completed the item.
