How do I keep formatting pasting into an Outlook appointment?
When I paste information from Word or Excel into an Outlook appointment or
task, the font and line spacing change. Almost always, the line spacing changes to double spacing that cannot be corrected within Outlook. If I paste the information into Notepad, correct the line spacing, and paste it into Outlook it works fine. |

Try Paste Special and use Unformatted Text.
