how do i get previous entries/ appointments I've made in outlook to auto -
populate when I make them for the future. (exapmle: like how Quick Books does
when you type in the first few letters)

Can you explain in more detail what you'd like to happen? What you you mean
by "autopopulate"? What version of Outlook are you using? Is your calendar
in Exchange or in a PST?
