Different colors for out of office & working from home on Outlook
 

Nowadays, many people work from home, and to indicate that they are available
on Blackberry/Phone/Remote Access.
On Outlook Calender, if a different color is used to indicate Vacation and a
different color for Out of Office, it'll help others to get in touch with
that person.
