cannot import an .ics file in calendar from ical.mac.com

Default cannot import an .ics file in calendar from ical.mac.com

I download the .ics file from ical.mac.com, but when i try to open in oulook
or import the file, i get the error meesage "This error can appear if you
have attempted to save a recurring Lunar appointment in iCalendar format.
To avoid this error, set the appointment option to Gregorian instead of Lunar.
More information about this error message online." I went online and
folowed all the help messages i could, still get messages. Can you help me?

Default cannot import an .ics file in calendar from ical.mac.com

Some .ics files just aren't compatible with Outlook. Exactly why isn't clear. Opening the file in Notepad and hacking at it might produce a solution.
