I'm working on several project where I copy MANY appointments as needed for
MANY future meetings using the ctl while clicking on the appointment and
dragging it to a future time on the calendar. I change the appointment to a
future date and time and check the schedules to be sure everyone is open.
The appointment copy process sometimes unsets my appointment reminder
checkbox so if I don't remember to check it again, people are not reminded of
the appointment. Then I need to track them down during the meeting time and
listen to their complaints about how my reminder is off. I don't want the
copy to unset the reminder. Why would anyone want that? I can't find any
way to tell it not to unset the reminder. If I remember later to set the
reminder, everyone gets a new appointment and I have to deal with people who
call me up to ask why I'm giving them a new appointment for the same
date/time. This is wasting a great deal of my time.

No, I cannot use recurring meeting for this because the dates/times MUST be
flexible.

No I cannot simply change the existing appointment for a future date/time
and lose the record of the previous appointment.

I need it to NOT unset the reminder when I copy the appointment. How can I
tell it to NOT unset the reminder?
