Default Outlook entries multiplying

I work in an office with 5 people on a share network and we all use microsoft
outlook as our email/calendar. Lately meetings or appointments we have put
into our calendar have been multiplying so say a meeting at 10am thursday 06
July has 100 entries of the same appointment when i only entered it once. Can
you please help?????

More info: We are using work group share which allows us to share calender
appts between our 5 team members and one employee has microsoft active synk
3.7.1 this is used to sync with 02 mini PDA

Then I would apply to WorkGroup Share to see if they have any problems that
are known and have a fix. Outlook does not multiply appointments on its
own.
