Default Invite Attendees

Hi There,

When I create a meeting in Outlook 2003, the meeting creates no problem.
However, when I go to open the meeting in my calendar and invite more people,
I can't because the Invite Attendees button is greyed out?? Can this be a
permission problem? I am the meeting organiser and I'm creating the meeting
from my own mailbox.

Any ideas? (I am running Exchange 2003w/SP2 at the back end, and Windows XP
on client)
