Updating Personal and Public Calendars Simultaneously
I am in a law firm in which we are running Outlook 2003. Each person
has his/her own personal calendar. We have decided to have a firm calendar as well which is located in the public folder. Is there a way to update both simultaneously (ie when an attorney places an event on his/her calendar, is there a way to put that same event on the firm calendar in the public folder without actually entering the information again)?
