Default Print my weekly outlook calendar

Hi there,

I want to print my outlook calendar every week. Only I need outlook to
generate the total worked hours per day and ultimately calculate the weekly
total of worked hours.

How do I do this in outlook? Is it possible to let outlook only count the
tasks and appointments with the label / category 'work'?

Default Print my weekly outlook calendar

Outlook can't do the math for you out of the box. What I'd suggest is that you filter by the Work category in a table view, then copy and paste to Excel and do the figuring there.
