How do I update my calendar and this is automatically copied to ot
 

I have setup a shared office calendar with staff movements and events.

I would like to know how I would update my individual calendar and that this
is then automatically duplicated/updated on the general office calendar,
rather than having to update both each time.

You'll have to use a third-party calendar sync tool for that. See if
something here helps:

Calendar Synchronizer seems to be targeted toward that function.
