Erasing All Appointments

Default Erasing All Appointments


I have 346,000 appointments in my calendar and I want to delete them all but
it keeps on hanging. I have outlook 2003 and its running on exchange 2000.
Any help would be great

What method are you using to delete them? How old are they?

Default Erasing All Appointments

View the Calendar in a table View (eg By Category) then select all "old"
meetings and delete them.
