Default Monthly cal view needs opt default to show today's date at top

Since in most cases using the calendar in outlook is forward looking it would
be a help, in the monthly calendar view, to display today's date at the top
rather than based on the current month. It's annoying to have to scroll down
when you are trying to view upcoming weeks especially as you get further
toward the end of the current month. Also would like to see all dates with
month or month abbreviation as it's easy to confuse or difficult to tell what
month you are viewing as you scroll or page down.
