Default imported outlook calendar reverts to eastern time

When imported, an Outlook 2003 calendar created in daylight savings time
reverts to eastern time. My PC running Windows XP; importing from Windows
2000.
Clock and calendar time settings all correct.

Never import from a PST. Just open the PST with FileOpenOutlook Data
File, open the desired folder in that PST and copy its contents to the
appropriate folder in the default message store.
