Future scheduled events should not update when DST applied

In Outlook, if you schedule events before DST (like I have for the whole year
on some 80 days) all times are increased by one hour after DST. Now I have to
change everyone of them individually.

if you are using DST when you create them the time remains correct - if you
aren't using the correct time zone and dst settings, you will need to make
changes once you use the correct time.

While I don't know what has caused your issue (you're certainly not alone),
it can't be a syustemic problem in OUtlook or everyone using Outlook would
have the issue and no one where I work (several thousand people) had the
problem you describe. Those items scheduled prior to DST are still at their
correct times now that DST is in effect.
